Laura Pérez

I started my degree in Biology in the University of Alicante and I finished in the University Complutense of Madrid. There I broadened my Neuroscience knowledge and started my research career in Dr. Oscar Herreras’ lab. Here I was really attracted to the electrophysiological signals and their understanding and analysis. This experience was short but enough to want continuing in this field. Then, I started in my current position with Santiago Canals in Alicante. Nowadays I mainly apply electrophysiological and neuroimaging tools to understand the brain network’s dynamics, specifically in the context of alcoholism.
